The Queen Mary UK Best PhD in Robotics Award

Over recent years robotics has become a dominant field of research and technology in the UK with the establishment of nationwide academic networks, new academic research centres and growing interest from business. To enhance the growth of robotics and support young roboticists, the Centre for Advanced Robotics @ Queen Mary (ARQ) is happy to sponsor the Queen Mary UK Best PhD in Robotics Award.
The competition is open to all candidates who successfully completed their PhD at a UK university on a topic in the field of robotics in the current year.
The three best candidates will receive a certificate and a cash prize of either £500 (1st place), £100 (2nd place) or £50 (3rd place).
Also, the three best candidates will be invited to present their work at the TAROS conference, where the winner will be publicly announced.
